Father expired in 1989 leaving behind my self and mother my mother took noc from my three sisters and got the flat transfered in my name my brothers name and mothers name mother expired in 2001 now my sisters want equal share in the flat of which they have give noc am i supposed to give them equal share or my mothers share which is 1/3 pls guidee our society office bearer says since they have given noc it will br only 1/3share

If it is a registered transfer deed duly signed by ur sisters having given noc,
then no need to give them.
