my father has given thana settlement to me and my brother seperately. my brother had brought my father to subregistrar office and force my father to cancell my thana settlement.but he retained his property . i went to court and file a suit on my father. in first summon my father agreed to return my cancelled property at the court. settlement was made by loke adalat court. what is the next step in my side has to takeACTION
