do french government will allow my request?

hi my name is Ali i am Somali who born in Kenya as a refugee. my mother married my father after her former husband missed after that she came into Kenya and my father was in Somalia i was born in Kenya but i had not obtain citizen because of my mother was refugee their. i brought up there (Kenya). in 2002 my mother got information about her former husband that he is a live and live in France so she contact with him (in Islam if your former husband missed or thought he died you can marry another one but if you get later an information about your former husband that he is alive automatically you separated you current husband.) so my father divorced her and he was in Somalia that time. my mother contacted her former husband lately he brought her here in France. she left me with her relative i was with her relative and i was living in bad life. in 2012 i followed with people who were entering here France illegally and now i am with my mother plus she is not with her former husband they are separated so my question is can i obtain residence in France through my mother. if i give you more details: my mother doesn't work she had operation last month but after 2 month she will get job, she has permanent residence plus i am 18 years old also my father died 2007 in Somalia. i took an appointment from prefecture so i will go there 29 may. so please give me advise what should i need to do. sorry for my bad English and i will appreciate your help.
