Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
can the FSL report be challenged from the same location from where the report being issued.
for example Assam state FSL has issue a report which is not satisfactory to me. As per me the report is wrong. I want to re examine the report in the same place.is there any provision to do so.

1) U can challenge the report through ur lawyer if u have justifiable grounds.
2) When it is subject to proof, ur points can be brought before the court.
