Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I am a Govt servant in autonomous body. One of the person who was involved in false complaint has raised finger for me stating that that complaint may be by my name--.. I am an honest and polite as well as total staff of office also know that I never think to do so. I want to suit a defamation case against him please advise, will it be possible and which court

1) If u hv any proof of the allegation, then u may file defamation case against him.
2) Consult a local experienced relevant law expert, an intelligent, able Advocate of repute, in person, with full facts to explain in detail.
