Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
my grand father donated land in pondycherry to my father and his first wife. there is only enjoyment rights in the property therefore the property goes to the legalheir as per the ville.my father's first wife have no children.my father expired before ten years. in 2012 march my father's first wife adpoted her own sister son aged 34 years.now i am the owner of the property. now he is asking the partition through the court. what will be the judgement for me kindly advice me
