Property falling in the hand of Grand Mom is not termed as Ancestral Property. This is her sole property and she can do anything with the property she wants. YOU HAVE NO RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THAT PROPERTY or will ever have. After she dies, that property will belong to your father, free of any ancestral obligation and he can also do anything with that property he wants. A grand son or grand daughter have no birth right or even any remote contingent right in the property that belong to grandmother.
