My grandfather had two wifes one having 4 chilf and another having one then after death of father how is property divided

Inheritance will depend upon law governing you, depending your religion, nature of property, years he married; whether second marriage was after death / divorce of first wife, etc. For appropriate opinion, please provide complete details.

Dear Sir / Madam,

If your deceased grandfather has left behind his Will, the title of his property / properties will be transferred in the name of the beneficiary / beneficiaries named in his Will. If your grandfather has passed away "intestate" (without a Will) his "estate" will be equally divided (50% - 50%) amongst the two wives, and thereafter each wife's 50% will be equally apportioned to their children respectively.
