Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Hi,

My grand father had a land, which was bought and registered to him by one of the uncles ( 2nd uncle)). The 2nd uncle has built a house in that land and using it for 25 years including payment of house tax, water tax, EB and everything (all receipts are in 2nd uncle's name only). Grand father died 10 year ago and 2nd uncle died 5 years ago. After that, Grand mother had a authority of that land,(due to grand father dead), written a deed and gave it to 2nd uncle's wife & made her as a land owner.

Now 1st uncle is coming and saying that to grand mother, how can you give to 2nd uncle's wife without his permission.

And 1st uncle is planning to file a case against that land and asking for a partition.

My question is,

Did the grand mother given deed to 2nd uncle's wife invalid?

Will this land be partitioned? or not?

Thanks for understanding and helping us.
