Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pakistan

Kindly I need citation and section of law or procedure about the power of attorney in civil cases, conditional or unconditional in a suit for damages of malicious prosecution instituted by a female executor of special power of attorney in favor of her father . My question is that whether this power of attorney can be challenged by the defendant at any stage of the suit
