we have our land in Maharashtra State in India.
& our land is forest (on 7/12 mentioned.),So what is procedure to to sale this land & under which circumstances I sell this land.( to whom i need to take permissions to sell it & how.
is possible to sell this land or any other alternative to sell this land?

1) The state revenue and forest department has directed the deputy conservator of forests and deputy collectors to implement the Supreme Court order to regularize houses on plots that had been labelled private forest land.
2) Land records (7/12 extract) that show the forest department as the owner of the private forest land will now revert to the original land-owners.
3) If it is done u may do so.
