Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

I am the member of shivshakti chsl kindly bring to your notice that on 13/4/13 some member of our society distributed circulars regarding moving No Confidence against managing commitee with getting the support chairperson & new commitee was elected without any election or majority only for 1year as an caretaker commitee,because of which our existing commitee member filed a complain on 16/4/13 & fulfilling all the requierment on 06/05/2013 at Deputy Registrar K-E wadala RTO regarding No confidence against chairperson under M.S.C.Act 1960, rule 73 I-D.

Hon.Registrar issued notice to all 7 commitee members regarding meeting for above issue on 23/05/2013 at his office,were No confidence motion was moved against chairperson & was put forth & was passed with majority [6 against 1] our existing commitee finding it difficult to get the letter & certificate ,since the chairperson & his mates have manage the clerk at the registrar office.

Now the chairperson is adderessing another meeting on 27/05/2013 with help of his mates regarding issue 1.one sided decision of registrar 2.non co-operation of secreatary & teasurer 3.some important decision 4.immiediate topic.kindly help is this what they are doing is right in front of law.

kindly guide with some rules/sections of MSC Act 1960 about this matter.

Dear Sir / Madam,

You should approach the Registrar to conduct elections to the Managing Committee and personally remain present at the fresh elections of the Society.
