Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

My mother has allowed a needful lady to stay in the rooms so that she could bring up her children as her husband was irregular in his help to that lady and in turn she would do household chores. My mother died in year 2008 with a promise that I would allow her to stay in the rooms and in turn she would do my household chores as she was still not able to arrange a house for her children. The lady died in 2013 and she left all the occupants ie her husband, son daughter and her daughter-in-law behind and they are staying till date. After she died her daughter started doing household chores. Now they have stopped doing any work in my house and are staying there only and they have refused to vacate the rooms. I would like that they should vacate the rooms and shift to any other accommodation outside from my house. They were being paid a token sum on monthly basis and were not paying any rent anytime. My mother and myself helped with money to recover the old lady from illness and spent lot of money on her treatment. Pl. advise what is the process so that they are moved at the earliest legally. I donot want to use force with gundas or likewise.
