Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pakistan

My mother has gifted me and my brother a house in 1992 the gift deed is dully registered now in 2013 she has filed a suit for cancellation of that gift deed in 1992.
My question is there any chance of canceling of gift deed and dose time and can she file a suit after a period of 23 years Iam Muslim and follow fiqah-e-Jaffri Aatif Safdar,Karachi
