I am from nellore my name is raghavi my fathers father didn't give any property on that time i take proceedings through the court my grandh father is in kalahasthi in chitoor district he died on 1998. i approach court in kalahasthi on 2007 year i get stay order on property which belongs to my grand pa after two years my lawer neglegency it s strike out and sent to district court, after i known this matter and reopened my case on 2011 court says that give reason to about that two years why should case not followup. my advocate drop a petition with attachment of medical certificate but also judge will cancled that petion now what i want to do plaese say

Dear Raghavi,

If your grandfather has made a Will, the property will vest with the beneficiary named in the Will through a Probate obtained from the Court where the property is located.
