Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
one person made unregistered froze will of my father in law dated 03-03-1978.and taken a stay order by district court in 2004. BUT MY FATHER IN LAW WAS DEAD ON 10-09-1971. And nagar nigum issued dead certificate of dead dated 10-09-1971 in 2006. now I had filled a case in district court for cancellation of will. they are apposing my case by section 11 CPC. pl. help.
Also my question is an order taken with the help of forze document they can appose my case with section 11 CPC.
