Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
plaintiff under valued the suit for jurisdiction the value is more than 2 lakhs,
and the case is in trial stage in junior court,
1- I the defendant wants the suit to be dismissed, pl.advice how to proceed
to dismiss the suit.
2- should i make application to court ,what should be the heading.
3- under order / section by which i can dismiss thesuit.

If an "out of Court settlement" has been negotiated, agreed and finalized, you should intimate the Court Registrar in writing and squash the case. (Reply No. 543-July, 2013).
