Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I Prashant, There is 1 site size 80*40 in my mothers name i & my friend(he is a lawyer) started school in partnership, the trust & school is in my friends name after 2 years he is saying that he wont give the invested money of mine & wont leave the site, i & some of my friends went & locked the school & thrown that partner(lawyer) outside. he filed a case aganist us saying that the site belongs to prashant's mother but they have permited me to start a school now they are saying to close it i need a time for that, from last 2 years this case is going on want to know how to take that site from his hand ASAP.

1) U might hv filed evacuation suit. Since already 2 years passed, pray the court to hand it over back to ur mother.
