Legal Question

I Premraj Suresh Kumar HUF (Karta) propritor of steel industry. The land of the industry is in the Name of HUF. Now the firm constitution changed from Propritorship to Partnership and retired HUF partner. NOw HUF transfer to the land in the name of Industry. What is your openion/process?
