mera sawal ye hai kay meri sister ko divorce hui hum nay case jeet liya child maintenance aur jehez kay pasay wapsi ka degree jari hogi laykin degree 2003 may jari hui aur aik payment bhi wasool ki 20000 thousand laykin us kay baad hum nay kuch nahi kia na koi payment aye na hum court gaye is condition may hum kaisay pasay wasool karain gay bachay ki maintenance bhi nahi mili. may nay suna hai 6 saal baad case band hojata hai? please is silsilay may guide karain. thanks

case decree hone k baad execution ki application file karni hoti hay, jo k i think aap ne nahi ki. so abhi condonation for delay ki application k sath file ki ja sakti hay.
