Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pakistan

I have one question i have won the order 37 Dava from ASJ but when other party leave to defend reject due to non apperance in the court they have filed the writ in HC which was pending and today after 1.5 year it has been decide that the order has been set aside and direct to ASJ to listen again the parties and if the leave to defend is applicable then decide the case within 90 days even day to day hearing and if not applicable then the same order is reveal so what is the impact now on my case ?

2) and what is remand of case mean some lawyer said if your case is remand then its problem for u otherwise leave to defend is allow with options its normal routine matter so please guide me my next step

Remand means when the higher forum send back the case to the lower forum for decision. There's nothing harm for you. The lower court has to decide the case on merits.
