Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Hi have received Lok adalat summon for 198 rs as not settled for MTS bill payment. For closure of my account I have called MTS customer care for more than 10 times for a week but I was not given clear direction for closure of MTS bill. Finally one of the customer care asked me to settle a payment amount which he worked to pay and then he will take care to close the account. I paid the amount and followed my a email request to track the request my account got closed. After closure MTS has asked me to pay further 198. I have requested for working details which they have not reverted to me at all. I am totally unhappy about the service provided by MTS and 198 is not a big amount for me to settle. But I wish they should realize it and provide me proper response before I settle. How should I handle this situation.
