Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

There was a sale deed happened b/w two parties long back and that time seller ,his wife and his son and daughter in law signed except his grand sons (who are minors at that time).After that that buyer sold his bought property and so on,Now the buyer made that land as layout and sold .Now those minors became majors and filed a case on this grand father and this father more over they kept the OS NO and all in that layout .Could you please respond anyone of you is this right thing done by them(Now current owners are not at all even their grand father)
