sir i am already applied my trademark at jan 2013 with logo,but some related name persons against suit and injunction about that name,before that i applied private limited name same as my tradename...at feb 2013,the name name availablity is confirmed at april 2013 and then comapny incorporated at aprl month ending,but i received court notice at may 10th.already injunction order is demolished,but they try to reopen the injunction order mean extention the injunction order,actually i received the legal notice from is lawyer at march 20th but received the suit copy at may 10th only,now they objected our private limited name at april 2013 at the time of injunction period and also present one petition all rthesethings.they informed the court in the middle episode of my payment for private limited fees receipt,but actually my first fees receipt for private limited at feb...now they arrased continously ...how can i do...plz help me sir

Dear Sir / Madam,

You should reply to the legal notice stating the facts. The trademark logo is usually registered in the name of the Company only after it has been incorporated. It is incorrect to apply for the trademark logo registration before the formation of the Company, since the two are linked and interconnected. You have received the legal notice on March 20th which is much before the name clearance and registration of your Company in April, 2013 end, so you are bound by the legal notice.
