Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Sir, I have a boundary wall , which is laying within my boundary limit with a Height 175 cm x 20 meters long built at my cost.

The neighbour had dug 11 holes in the land of the other side of the wall and unearthed my wall's foundation and installed equivalent number of posts in which they put up 75 cm aluminum roofing sheet above the upper level of our wall so the height reaches 2.5 meter now arguing it's for their privacy.

the distance between my house and the wall is just 1m similarly their's.

The sound which produces by this sheet is unbearable even during a small breeze.

I fear safety of my wall because during heavy wind this structure might take support from my wall so the unbearable burden could gradually lead to collapse of my wall or weakening it. Hence the safety of both will be in danger.

Kindly help me.

Can I legally challenge for the above matter and the following.

Can I convince the court about the material they used is harmful.

Can I stop them from completing the construction(is in standstill or in the middle of the work due to my intervention) very close to my wall due to the concern of safety. Is there any ruling that they must maintain a distance from the existing structure on the boundary.
