Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

sir I have dispute property my father in law has three sons one daughter he expired in last year now two sons have already thier share or gifted by my father in law remain part of property is in name of my father in law one elder son is already debar from property from 14 year before because of his bad character
and now he want take that property by hook and crook his wife is also bad character .she said to us that she will do any thing with us or kill us by professnal crime works now we are very afriad what we should do for our protection is there any police support for this or legal way to do this.

You can file a police complaint , if she has threatened you.

Your father-in-law can during his life time, hand over the property legally to you, then they cannot claim.

You should contact a local lawyer and use his services for this.
