Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

sir,

I have eleven (11) Acres of irrigated land for for which no approach road, my cousin brother have dryland from main road to my field, which he is not giving me, though iam ready to give him compensation for that land

is there any way to get the road through his field

Dear Sir / Madam,

You should approach the local Municipality and apply for an approach road to your land. Leave it to them how they arrange to provide it.
