Sir, My father Have Immovable property got from hismother..As a daughter how will i get this property from my father..actually he married another women.Even dont get divorce from my mother.now please let me know how will i get ?

1) Full facts with further details and documents required in respect of share of daughter.
2) When once u decide the marriage cannot be saved, file DV, 498A and 125 CrPC cases with full facts without delay. File also child custody case. Wife may file criminal case for Bigamy if u have evidence to prove so.
3) Never file divorce from ur side lest u may lose ur rights and benefits. Let the husband file if he wants.
Since the property is inherited by your father from her Mother, neither you nor your mother have got any kind of right title or interest in the said property. Your mother only has right to claim maintenance and not any kind of share in the property.
