Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Hello Sir... My grandfather has transferred the property from the eldest grandson to all his 7 grandsons and 2 grand daughters by breaking the settlement... Now the eldest grandson has filed a case against remaining grandsons and granddaughters and one of the grand daughter... Our common lawyer is taking care of the case...Last hearing was on august 2013 but I couldn't appear as I hav come to US two months back... But my lawyer hasn't got any signature before my travel.. One of my brother is saying that my property has been transferred to x party but am not sure if he is lying to me... Am scared so pls help...
