Sir, I hv two son 13 years nd 9 years, I got ex party order unfder Guardin nd ward act, I hv yonger child with me bt elder with her. My wife has filed set aside under 9, PCP 13. Is this set aside to cancle by any means?
I heard that for guardianship order, rule 9 cpc 13 is not applicable? kindly tell in detail, How can i cancle her set aside application
