Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
sir I had purchased a land 3.5 acres , after checking all the title deeds which had done 3 registers before, and I went to get register on me but the sub register reduce my documents and he answered me the survey no contains dots in RSR , so I went to high court , court had directed to sub rigister to fallow sec 71 with the reasons why he refusing the documents , other wise u have to register the third party. my doubt if he write the reasons showing dots in RSR what step I can take
