Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Sir, wanted to know if release of rights can be mentioned by one of the co-owners while doing the partition of a undivided share of land, among the co-owners.
Suppos partition is between A(a1, a2), and B, and A(a1) wants to release his rights to
A(a2), Can this release of rights be mentioned as another clause in partition deed ?
