Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

In our society building, most of the members have kept their shoe-rack in the landing space of staircase. Similarly, some of the members have kept flower pots in the staircase. Now, one member wants those flower pots to be removed and he wants committee to do this (infact, that member has dispute with other member who has kept the flower pots). Can commitee remove only the pots? or whether it should remove the shoe-racks also? In that case, General Body meeting to be called?

you can call a general body meeting and decide the issue there
