Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pakistan

i have sold my agriculture land in sindh. the land is been registered now to the new buyer name. now my neighbour in the land has filed a suit of haque shafa. what are his chances for the case.

since the sale is complete and there is no notice of interest and of objection from the neighbour side, you have a strong case.

although neighbor has a shufa right,but chances of success in such cases are extremely less as legal requirements to meet in these cases are very difficult.
