Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

I am a tenant under the pagdi system in Mumbai. Our old Landlord has sold of the property to another new Landlord. The new landlord has refused us permission to park our car in the compound premises (we are still parking in the premises). We were parking our cars in the premises before this new Landlord bought our property (some of the member is parking for more than 5 to 10 years). We don't have any permission about parking in writing from our old Landlord but we are parking but our old Landlord never opposed us for the parking.

The new Landlord had send us the first notice through his lawyer to remove the car from premises to which we have given reply. He has said that he will send evacuation notice to us very soon and remove as from our house where we are staying since last 36 years ( I was born here, my grandfather use to stay here now me and my father stays here)

We have even told him that we are ready to pay parking fee, taxes if any, and ready to co-operate to him in any way which will benefits both.

Does he has right to remove us from our house on these issue. Does tenant do not have any rights on this issue.
