Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pakistan

Hi i seen ur online forum i just want a little information that i just came to know that my nana (meternal grandfather) gifted (hiba) all his 200 kanal land to his 4 sons only and nothing on name of his 4 daughter including my mother and now my mother also died but maternal grandfather is still alive can we legally do something for our mother share also long time passed to this story as we were unawared it was a hidden story from us??? plz guide

no as in lifetime of your grand father your mother died so she has got no right even after your Nana death.

so for as gift is concern your g father is legally empower to transfer to anyone.

A person can gift all his property legally to anyone in lifetime.. Also according to doctrine of spes succession, the succession is not created unless the person dies.. You cant do anything now but after his death you can challenge it.. By the way he is alive, you can try to negotiate with him respectfully .. [email protected]
