Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pakistan
I want to vacate my rented premises from tenant while my tenant is unwilling to vacate the premises till further one year. How should I go about it?

give your tenant a notice to vacate and if does not do so then file an ejectment petition before the rent controller.
