Legal Question in Technology Law in Lebanon

Hello, I was under contractual (1 year) employment as a Software Engineer, 1 month before my employment year ended, my employer informed me that I am dismissed at the end of the year and they are giving me a 1 month notice. I was only offered a regular salary for this and was not compensated for annual leave days, and my employer refuses to pay them. (I did not take any annual days off during my year of service), and they stated that I am not entitled to be paid for them. Is this true according to law?

Dear Sir,

Since your employment contract is for a precised delay (1 year), the employer is entitled not to renew it at its end.

On the other hand, you are not entitled to any leave since you have just worked for one year>

المادة 39- لكل أجير الحق في إجازة سنوية خمسة عشر يوماً بأجر كامل بشرط أن يكون مستخدماً في المؤسسة منذ سنة على الأقل.

Therefore, your employer has acted legally and you do not have any action against him.
