Legal Question in Technology Law in India

Dear Sir

We are developing a mobile app which would involve collection of information of the user : location using GPS, demographics, and also the information they access using our app (eg. if they read blogs using our website then we would collect which blogs they visit, how long they stay there etc) . We would be mentioning in privace declaration that these information would be collected, purpose : to study and suggest suitable advertisements, also might share information with a 3rd party.

I would like to know :

(a) what are the legal constraints (if Indian law would not allow me to collect any particular type of information) ,

(b) what other steps I need to follow (any other declaration)

(c) any other advice

Thanks in advance.
