my friend working in bank as an officer bank has filed FIR against him for cheating through ficticious transaction,breech of trust and amt missapropriation.He got regular bail after 2 months judicial custody.Now he want to apply another government job is it valid please reply

Yes, it is valid. Applying for any job is a birthright of each and every Indian citizen. Unless the charges leveled against your friend are proved and he is convicted of the offence, he / she is free to apply for another job.
