Legal Question in Technology Law in India

I have a problem with http://payback.in

As far as my experience with these guys, i think its fake. I had a small issue of not getting my points after following the procedure to purchase from http://flipkart.com (Has happened twice)

Just to let you know, i spoke to http://flipkart.com about it and they told me that they have nothing to do with "Payback" (And they actually called it FAKE). I again contacted "Payback" and was told to wait for the 60day period (maximum time for the points to get credited in my account), after all it did not happen, as i expected. Contacting "Payback" on this i got a reply saying i did not follow the "Shop Online Procedure" (which i'm sure i did). Its not that i care about those few "Payback" points. They are not being honest with what they are doing. I asked them to prove that i did not follow those steps given on their website, and i got no answer in return. Is there anything i can do to prove them wrong or do i have any rights to know where i went wrong with the procedure?

Dear Sir / Madam,

If you have made the purchases from Flipkart and you have already paid and settled them for it, I see no reason why the points should not be credited to your A/c. Should it be the case, you certainly have the right to insist on Payback providing you with their feedback as to which procedural steps or issues you have failed to follow.

Regards,
