Legal Question in Technology Law in India

Sir, this is my repeat question to be sure. sir, Recently one of my friend created a fake facebook account with non existent fictitious name, and non existent fictitious details, those details and names did not belong to anyone as they were fictitious, She then interacted with some people on facebook and chatted with them with simple HI HELLO,naturally No identity theft was there, and she did not defame or posted any kind of offensive things, she did not upload any photographs even, So it is clear that no criminal thing was done or intended to be done through the fake account, so was that account illegal and liable to punishment according to article 66A IT Act, as the article says that "to mislead the addressee or recepient about the origin of such messages is illegal and punishable upto 3 years imprisonment" so does it make any fake account illegal and liable for puniahment even if no defamation, identity theft or any kind of offensive or illegal thing was done, please kindly clarify, and please do read the question carefully, i previously asked some questions but here some people don't even read the whole question and posts irrelevant answers. Please Response. Waiting eagerly.
