Legal Question in Technology Law in Pakistan

Hello, i have started new internet e-commerce business in uk through website: topup24.com. The company name is Topup24 LTD. it is 5 month old company. I am resident of Pakistan. The company principle activities and registration is in United Arab Emirates. i register topup24 LTD in uk in order get some internet accounts which i was not able to get in UAE. At this time i need an accountant in uk who can assist me about taxes , The HRMC registration, and where what is name of my business activity should register with hrmc for tax purpose.

i have got UTR number from HRMC, My previous lawyer did not help me well to register it ,

i register Topup24 LTD first in uk and later after few months i open Top Up Twenty Four FZE in United Arab Emirates. My business bank account is in UAE. Should i inform uk Gov that i also have the same business in UAE also ?

i am little bit confuse about this , in uae i have a p.o.box address with flexi desk in free zone. and in uk i registered company through this service: https://www.rapidformations.com
