Legal Question in Constitutional Law in India

I am 75 years old running a Small Medical shop in Calcutta. All the licenses like Drugs, Trade License etc are in my name .Due to my age I find it very difficult to run the shop. I have therefore appointed a trained person in running the medical shop and he now gives me commission on sale . HOWEVER I FEEL THAT SINCE RISK IS INVOLVED IN MEDICINE BUSINESS, WHAT TYPE OF AGREEMENT SHOULD I MAKE WITH THE PERSON TO ENSURE THAT HE RUNS THE SHOP FOLLOWING THE PROVISIONS, RULES AND REGULATIONS OF DRUGS CONTROL AT HIS OWN RISK AND IN CASE OF ANY INCIDENT I AM NOT HELD RESPONSIBLE.
