You cannot approach to union law minister or chief justice or president of india for your personal dispute else all the legal matter will be before them. We deal All the high courts of India and regional center is in Chandigarh. So first plz visit to us and show us your all documents/ different statements submitted by your landlady before court. Sir:

One cannot blow hot and cold in the same breath. If one is leading false evidence, with one statement in one and different in another, your best bet would be first to get all the cases combined in one court and then also move an application against the landlady for committing an offence of perjury in one of the courts where matters are pending. When there are provisions under the law, there is no point writing to the CJ or the President or the Law Min. You exercise your remedies available under the law.

You may file an application in the court of District Judge for clubbing all the cases in our court.

Being the landlady, she has a grouse to feel harassed as you are not vacating her property.

You may be equally guilty of the allegations you are levelling against her.

If you are serious to buy peace, you may consider an amicable out of court settlement.
