Sir,
i am working in govt of india and conducting skill development courses at various district my pao has not pass training bill to paucity of time and 178 bill got re validated by our department my 18 bill payment was not clear by our director demanding bribe @of 25% i am refuse to do so. annoyed director wrote a anonymous letter in the name of our senior officer they sent to director to esquire it its a fake letter complaint was not available and also all the office member wrote to director not nothing concern with me.but after 11 month past my department neither pay my bill nor siting any/conducting inquiry so far till date please advice me to get my payment as early as poosible
