Legal Question in Construction Law in India
Respected Sir/ Madam,
Due to financial crisis, 2 yrs before I sold 8cent of my land to my neighbor. Now he started the work of family cemetery.It is very close to my house only 5 feet away. My area is residential area. Is there any way I can get support from law and order?

is he using the land as a burial ground or for what purpose you can complain to the p[olice if you feel his activities are not suitable for a residential area.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Cemetries and crematoriums are permitted in approved designated areas for the purpose specified thereof in the land record by the Tehsildar / District Registrar / Local Municipality. Unless the necessary permissions have been obtained, your neighbour can be immediately restrained from using the land for a cemetry by lodging a complaint with each of the above authorities.
