Legal Question in Construction Law in India

Hello sir. We had purchased a land in bangalore. We had taken a legal opinion and my cousin brother had done all document verification, plan approval and construction of shed etc. at the end of last year my cousin brother informed me that the shed had been demolished (as i live in other state). Then we reconstructed the shed again another person came in and said that this property belong to me. Then i went to office in person to verify what is the problem. Then i realized that i had been cheated with the fake documents. I had paid a huge amount for the site which is not available in reality. Now the question is how can i recover my money back? Is it possible to file a case against my cousinbrother?
