Legal Question in Construction Law in India
I am staying in Ground floor apartment having grills insatlled. Having said that can i make a brick structure to have my sliding run over the grills. Please note i am using just the duct of the building without any structural work from the ground, i am trying to move the sliding windows from the existing wall to the grills. Will this be ok and permissible by laws (BMS & Society)

As per prevailing law, you should write to the Society and obtain prior permission.
