Legal Question in Consumer Law in India

We are 6 cousons & we having 1 acre farm in indian & we all brothers decidef that to sold the farm to some to us . So one brother agree to purchase the farm . Then we agree to sale the farm to sale the farm for rs. 450000 when the farms market value rs.100000 . But we are

cousons so we sold the plot to the brother for rs 450000 because he was our couson .In the sale deed he give the affidavit that he can not sale the farm to other person . Then thus the sale deed is done & the tranction is done . Then the farm purchaser brother give the money to us. Then 2 years later the farm purchaser brother announced that he will sale out his farm to other person . So my question is that what shall we do in this occassion , i please request you to tell the legal advice upon

the property belongs to him he can sell it despite giving the affidavit. were there any other condition to the sale??

Dear Sir / Madam,

Once you have received the sale price, the purchaser is free to deal with the land in the manner he best deems fit to. Your conditions are meaningless.
